Trendno ("we", "our", "us") is a content intelligence platform that helps YouTube creators discover trending ideas and develop content with AI assistance. We are operated by Abhishek, an individual based in India. You can reach us at support@trendnoai.com.

2. Information We Collect

Account information: When you sign up with Google, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account.

Usage data: We collect information about how you use Trendno — which ideas you view, which content you create, and your chat history with our AI.

Device information: We collect a device fingerprint (a non-personal identifier) to prevent abuse of our free trial system.

Payment information: Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card details, UPI IDs, or bank account information. We only store the transaction ID and amount.

IP address: Collected at sign-up for security and fraud prevention purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account
• To provide the Trendno service and AI chat features
• To process payments and manage your credit balance
• To prevent abuse and protect our platform
• To improve our service and content recommendations
• To send important service notifications (not marketing)

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored on Neon (PostgreSQL) servers located in the United States. Authentication is handled by Supabase. We retain your account data as long as your account is active. Chat sessions are automatically deleted after 30 days of inactivity.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Google OAuth — for account sign-in
• Supabase — for authentication
• Neon — for database storage
• OpenAI — to power AI chat and idea generation
• Razorpay — for payment processing
• Vercel — for hosting
• Sentry — for error monitoring

Each service has its own privacy policy. Your content (scripts, ideas) may be processed by OpenAI to generate responses but is not used to train their models under our API agreement.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies only — specifically the authentication cookie set by Supabase to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Export your saved ideas and content

8. Children

Trendno is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of Trendno after changes constitutes acceptance.
