1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Trendno ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users including free trial users and paid subscribers.

2. The Service

Trendno is an AI-powered content intelligence platform that helps YouTube creators discover trending content ideas and develop scripts, titles, and other content assets using artificial intelligence. The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify features at any time.

3. Account Registration

You must sign in with a valid Google account to use Trendno. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate information

You may not create multiple accounts to abuse the free trial system. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this rule.

4. Credits and Payments

Free trial: New users receive 50 free credits, one time only. Trial credits cannot be transferred or refunded.

Paid credits: Credits are purchased in packages starting at $2.50 for 300 credits. Credits do not expire and can be used at any time.

Payments: All payments are processed securely by Razorpay. By making a purchase, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service.

Refunds: We offer refunds for unused credits within 7 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied with the Service. Contact us at support@trendnoai.com.

Credit usage: Credits are deducted based on actual AI token usage. We do not guarantee a specific number of messages per credit as responses vary in length.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service to generate harmful, illegal, or misleading content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the API
• Create multiple accounts to obtain free trial credits
• Use the Service for spam or mass content generation intended to deceive
• Share your account with others

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by Trendno's AI is provided as a starting point. You are responsible for:

• Reviewing and editing AI-generated content before publishing
• Ensuring content complies with YouTube's and other platforms' terms of service
• Verifying factual accuracy of AI-generated information

We do not claim ownership of content you create using Trendno. You own your content.

7. Intellectual Property

The Trendno platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us. Trending ideas displayed on the platform are generated from publicly available YouTube data. You may use ideas from the platform for your own content creation.

8. Limitation of Liability

Trendno is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

• Loss of data or credits due to technical issues
• Content performance on YouTube or other platforms
• Inaccuracies in AI-generated content
• Service interruptions or downtime

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, unused paid credits will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved under Indian jurisdiction.
